You cannot visit the Grampians and not dine at the Royal Mail Hotel in Dunkeld.

The restaurant is multi-award-winning, including being named Restaurant of the Year for 2011 by The Age Good Food Guide.

Executive Chef Dan Hunter's kitchen uses locally grown seasonal produce to great effect through a menu guided by quality and flavour rather than passing fashion or flamboyant opulence. It is an experience to savour whether sampling from the bar or bistro menu, or treating yourself to the 10 course set menu in the restaurant.
