Andoni Luis Aduriz joins Dan Hunter at the Royal Mail Hotel in Dunkeld to present a day that celebrates the spirit of Mugaritz. A day to provoke contemplation, raise questions, play with perceptions and the senses and explore the origin of things.

The day includes:

  • Combined Mugaritz and Royal Mail ten-course tasting menu with premium Spanish & Australian wines.
  • Kitchen garden tour, pre-dinner snacks and refreshments.
  • Guided cellar tour and wine tasting with Royal Mail sommeliers.
  • Post-dinner Q & A with Andoni Luis Aduriz and Dan Hunter.
