The Age Epicure - Masterchef
The first night Dunkeld's Royal Mail Hotel opened with Dan Hunter in charge of the kitchen, he and his team cooked for just 12 people. The Lucky dozen were not invited VIP's but locals fortunate or smart enough to have turned up for his opening night.
