Bistro

The Royal Mail bistro serves contemporary food reflecting Chef, Dan Hunter's training, experiences and travels.  The focus is on quality ingredients and fresh produce served in an informal setting and, as in the Royal Mail restaurant, the intention is to offer diners an experience reflective of the current season. The bistro offers an a la carte menu which allows for the sharing of smaller ‘tastes' dishes and entrees and many wines are available by the glass allowing diners to sample the celebrated Royal Mail Cellar. 

Wine service is available for both lunch and dinner and although an easy to access reduced wine list is provided, the complete Royal Mail Cellar is also available to bistro diners.

Open daily for lunch from 12.00pm to 3.00pm and dinner from 6.00pm to 9.00pm.
